CyberSecurity
Kitsune Global Solutions delivers cybersecurity services across the assessment, defense, and intelligence domains. Capabilities include adversary-perspective exposure assessments, open-source intelligence collection and analysis, vulnerability assessment, security monitoring, and remediation planning. Our personnel hold industry certifications including CEH, CySA+, Security+, CCNA, and Splunk, with operational intelligence experience supporting U.S. special operations. KGS bridges the cyber and physical security domains, enabling integrated risk assessments that standalone IT firms cannot provide.
global logistics
KGS provides logistics and procurement support for training operations and international partner programs. Services include mission logistics planning, equipment sourcing and coordination, vendor vetting, and supply chain risk management. Our procurement framework enforces host-nation-first sourcing and excludes adversary-manufactured goods. All operations are conducted in full compliance with U.S. export control regimes (ITAR/EAR) and applicable host-nation law.
Training
KGS designs and delivers training programs derived from U.S. Marine Corps and special operations methodologies, adapted for allied volunteer defense forces, reserve components, and civilian resilience initiatives. Program areas include tactical combat casualty care (TCCC), urban resilience and preparedness, small unit leadership, combat marksmanship fundamentals, and instructor certification through structured train-the-trainer pipelines. KGS serves as curriculum architect and direct instructor for non-controlled training tracks. Weapons and tactics instruction is executed by host-nation cadre under sovereign authority, preserving full ITAR lane discipline. Our instructor cadre is drawn from U.S. combat veterans with operational experience in Afghanistan and intelligence support to SOCOM.
Integrated Security Operations
The Threat Environment Has Converged. Security Architecture Must Follow.
Modern adversaries do not distinguish between physical and digital attack surfaces. Breach methodologies increasingly combine credential exploitation, supply chain infiltration, and physical access compromise into coordinated campaigns that bypass conventional security frameworks.
Most enterprise security programs still operate in silos — physical security disconnected from network defense, executive protection isolated from threat intelligence, and incident response plans that address only one domain at a time.
This structural separation creates exploitable seams. It is not a resource problem. It is an architecture problem.
Kitsune Global Solutions delivers a unified answer.
The EISOA Framework
The Executive and Integrated Security Operations Architecture (EISOA) is a comprehensive security methodology developed from operational experience across combat theaters, nuclear security environments, and defense intelligence operations.
EISOA places physical security and cybersecurity under a single operational architecture — unified command, shared intelligence feeds, and coordinated response protocols.
The framework operates across four integrated layers:
Perimeter Defense
Threat Intelligence
Incident Response
Executive Protection
Perimeter Defense
The network perimeter is treated as contested terrain. EISOA deploys a layered digital boundary consisting of next-generation firewalls, demilitarized zones, strategically positioned honeypot arrays, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
Honeypots function as forward-deployed sensors — any interaction triggers automated alerting across both digital and physical security channels.
Network segmentation isolates critical infrastructure, operational technology, and administrative systems into independently defensible zones.
A single point of compromise cannot cascade into enterprise-wide failure.
